8.1 OCC approve to update the signers on the OCC Account held at Mechanics Bank.

Action: OCC Approve to remove Cher as a signer and add Tyina Prieto (current treasurer) Amy Frederick (Vice President) and Annie Millar (School Principal) to the account.

Discussion: Host coffee with OCC 1-2 times a month before assembly. Provide breakfast treats for staff every Wednesday.

Action: OCC approves a monthly budget for coffee, tea or hot chocolate, etc for the Wednesday morning assemblies.

8.10 Mrs. O’Conner has requested funds for 6^th grade to attend field trip to the Egyptian Museum in San Jose, CA.
