About Under Construction Educational Network:UCEN

Oasis Charter Public School is governed by a board that is part of a non-profit organization called Under Construction Education Network.

The UCEN Board is compromised of five community members who come from diversified professions, backgrounds, and experiences.

The Board works collaboratively with the Executive Director to ensure that policies, regulations, and internal procedures are established to provide a safe and healthy school environment for a quality education for all students.

Regular Board meetings are scheduled for once per month and usually on the last Tuesday of the month, generally in the early evening and are generally conducted at the school site.

Those interested in becoming a candidate for a Board position should apply via the email below by sending a letter of interest and a current resume. The Board is reviewing applications for four positions to start the 2024-25 school year.  It is suggested that applicants review Board Policy Section I Article V Board Member Operations, Board Policy Section I Article VI Role of the Board, and Board Bylaws.
