Amistad- House of Friendship
The House that comes from Mexico is called Amistad; they are a group of powerful yet compassionate individuals, primarily recognized for their unwavering spirit. The name means friendship in the language of their ancestors. The name “Amistad” is Spanish for “friendship.” We are the House of Friendship! Amistad’s official hand symbol is The Heart.
Incoming members often represent a mix of extremes—our students can be highly intelligent, creative, friendly, and competitive. Amistad is a wonderfully diverse group! As knights, they develop into ferocious fighters, defenders of the realm, and custodians of friendship—the most precious asset in the kingdom. The House draws great inspiration from its symbolic animal, the immortal peacock, and leaders always remind members that the fighting spirit of an Amistadian never dies.
